I've bought a 3D printer to print models of all the parts of the rocket engine, it's a Creality Ender 3 and works fine. It can be a little bit tricky to level the bed at first but then, you get used to it. I've also found that using paper or paper tape avoids warping and the results are really good.
I personally preffer using PLA filament instead of ABS, since PLA requires lower temperatures and some prints I made with ABS broke while they were being printed. At this moment I've printed a 3D model of the thrust chamber and a model of the pump
MX-11 rocket engine thrust chamber
RP-24 volute casing and impeller
The image above is showing the first designs of the pump and some modifications will be done as I noticed some errors in the design.
